Accessibility statement.

What this site meets of WCAG 2.1 level AA, how it was tested, what is still missing and how to report a barrier.

There is an order behind all of this

Commitment

Brazil’s Inclusion Law (Law 13,146/2015, art. 63) requires websites of companies based in the country to be accessible, following internationally adopted guidelines. Our standard is WCAG 2.1, level AA.

Status: partially conformant

The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: the items below were verified by automated tests in a real browser, in all three languages, on desktop (1440 px) and on mobile (390 px). Verification with real assistive technologies is still pending, as listed under limitations.

What was tested

  • AA text contrast measured against the real background, including over the opening photograph.
  • A “Skip to content” link as the first keyboard stop; a mobile menu that takes and returns focus; focus always visible.
  • Reduced motion respected: with the preference on, animations stop and the companies strip stays still and can be scrolled by hand.
  • Alternative text on content photos; decorative photos marked as such.
  • Language declared on every page, with equivalent versions in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
  • No horizontal scrolling at 390 px; wide tables scroll inside their own box.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 px in the mobile footer.
  • Forms with a label on every field and announced error messages.

Known limitations

  • Not yet tested with real screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
  • The simulators announce their result, but have not been checked with a screen reader.
  • There is no Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) translation.
  • The opening video is decorative and silent; there is no spoken content requiring captions.
